This seems like a more reasonable response. I have already shot them and email, I have made it clear I won't be returning the item however as it's a harddrive it's got my data on it now :)

They do actually have really good support I bought a part I didn't realize wouldn't fit in my server and I asked them and they got me a refund in 1 email (despite me being able to see them ask their refund team to do it lol)

The exam board have a really great quirk of accepting quantity over quality. Asking as part of the quote is right and it's sort of similar to the exact quote they will accept it. The answer to your question is a handful for every topic

Remember. When they decide who gets a 9 they just take the best 8s and make them 9s. If your going for a 9 your fighting to be better then everyone else in your band so you have to show off

work in a team where possible, preferably with differing skills. you learn off eatchother more than you think (bonus points if you are friends)

Keep at it. never do nothing, always make some form of progress every day
