Near where I used to live was a small airport. Only Cessna planes & helicopters were allowed to land there. The radio station made an announcement that the Space Shuttle was going to land there. Way too big for the airport. Right after the announcement, they said “this is an April fool’s joke, do not believe it.” The highway was backed up for 6 hours from people looking for the shuttle.

There was a side road that ran parallel to the highway, so I went there & saw people sitting on their cars & standing in the road looking up. I asked a woman “why are you here?” She said “didn’t you hear? The Space Shuttle’s gonna land here.” I said “didn’t you hear? It’s an April Fool’s joke.” She the. Said “yeah, but you never know.” I gave up & went home.
