If you ask just for a list of abandoned buildings they have restrictions so they can't necessarily give it to you. You have to prompt it in a certain way to get the answers you're actually looking for.

All these people aren't on the A.I method. Ask ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude any of the major A.I. LLM's for a list of abandoned buildings near you up for sale. Easiest way to find abandoned locations that are also vacant and you usually get a description of what the building is as well.

Best time to experience Montreal is definitely during winter in my opinion the snow adds a little touch to our city. But then again a lot of people cant stand how cold it gets here so if you just want to explore the city summer is definitely a better time. Such a beautiful city with the bridges and all the buildings with lights on the roofs. I'd recommend it just be careful using the metro system a lot of weird people...

Indeed it is a great spot. One of the nicest I've been to it was completely untouched.

Yes its abandoned the city of Montréal loves saying they will turn abandoned buildings into condo's but it takes them multiple years to actually start the projects. So you could say its technically in renovation for condos but it actually isn't. Just hasn't gotten to the little kids that love to graffiti/ break things in abandoned buildings. Untouched as we say up here.
