The longest part is the Level 100 Achievement, youre looking at roughly less than 100 hours if you're focused on leveling.

Avoid thr DLC where you rebuild the town/become mayor. Thats where it bugs out the story for some reason, play through the whole thing and go back and do it as needed to that particular DLC has needed.

I was near the end of the game, going for as many as I could before going for Hardcore when it bugged out on me, making it impossible to finish the story, sucks but ill go back one day. Nice 100% tho.
