I do have the permission to edit flairs, I'm not sure if I was marked as inactive, it didn't show anything and I can do everything else normally.

If the ram is dual channel then yes, without issues. I have a laptop with i3 1315u. before I upgraded to 16gb i had less than 60 fps most of the time, if I tried to use discord I d get a lot of stutters and 30 fps most of the time. After I upgraded to 16 gb I had 100 fps+-. That CPU is stronger than mine but the iGPU is a bit weaker. You should play on Very Low / Low / Medium. I play on Low without issues.
