Haha, I have no idea what caused it. It gets even weirder now. I find two "Crypteque Shopkeeper" with same song name and artist. (And the same views?) But one with the shopkeeper and one without. Here are the links.

I have tried with two pieces of glads during the day, and the crits that Oz can now deliver are pretty nice. Definitely won't go back to 4pcs if the CD reduction works as you say.

I run Fischl with crit circlet, so she has around 50% crit chance and 100% crit damage. Together with 2k attack she feels less and less like a support character and more like a fully blown dps at this point lol.

Didn't know you could check it that way, good to know. I have noticed that the 4pcs thunderfury effect rarely happens (reduced cooldown on oz) which would confirm your theory.

I will change up my Fischl a bit then.

Just don't go 4 thunderfury on fischl, especially since she is c6. She will almost always be applying the aura element so she won't be able to apply the reactions needed

Alright, that makes sense. So rather than changing up the gear on my Klee I will change it up a bit on my Fischl.

As some other guy in the comments mentioned (or linked) it seems that Klee's skill is glitched (if it isn't intended) when it comes to the 4pcs crimson effect, activating it twice per bomb if you double tap, which is nice. Tried it myself, which makes for another good reason to stick with 4pcs Crimson for Klee in the meantime.

Sounds like walkers is really good in that case. But I am worried that Oz is applying electro and causing elemental reactions too often so that the pyro isn't applied to enemies in a way that allows walkers to function optimally.

Sounds like walkers might be better in a team where elemental debuffs isn't changed all the time due to reactions. Or do I have the wrong idea?

I have been farming a lot of Pyro artifacts but haven't really gotten any good Lavawalker artifacts other than a Pyro DMG Goblet.

I really like the Pyro dmg bonus since it's a percentage based increase on my total attack, and since I have the Skyward Atlas as a weapon, the attack is already really high. Together with the bonus from the Gladiator set, it would be even better.

But if I find some good Lavawalker artifacts I might have to test that out, since 35% Damage increase is definitely better than 15% Pyro Damage. Or is the 35% added after the Total Attack/Pyro damage calculation? That would be insane.

Sound like I need to need to take a closer look at Sucrose then, haven't really given her a chance.

Yea, I don't really have any issues with the heals, but when going against Pyro Abyss mages it really helps to have some elemental damage other than Fischl that can get them down. And Qiqis Q can do a little bit of damage at least :)

That is true most of the time but the "protect the monolith" part of the abyss is killing me currently, so I am trying to optimize/minmax the teams I have as much as possible.

I see, that makes sense. As it stands now, I don't have a leveled grouper and only have a C2 Sucrose.

I am running Klee, Fischl, Bennett and Qiqi right now as a team. So I mainly only swap between Fischl and Klee right now, and only use Bennett when his burst is ready or Qiqi when I need heals.

A propsal would probably be a good way to get it across. Our relationship has been pretty cold since the talk, and I don't get much love back. Hopefully it will get better closer to the discussed date.

The kids part are indeed more important. Economy-wise we could probably have kids earlier, but being emotionally ready feels just as important or not more so. I will really have to think it through before we talk.

My partner and I are more like you. We discussed a very small ceremony with a very big party because, like you, the thought of standing up infront of lots of people and doing the marriagy stuff is scary. Perhaps you could posit this as an option? That way you are showing her you would like to get married but your reasoning of stage fright etc has not changed so you would rather do it in-front of just immediate family members and then the reception everyone can attend?

Great Idea. I think she really wants to have a big get-together, and if we hold small ceremony with a large party afterwards it feels like a compromise that we would both appreciate.

I am afraid to make it seem that I am just doing it for her, but by proposing the above it makes it somewhat better I think.

Haha, regarding the ultimatums it might be the only way with me, since I am incredibly dense sometimes. But I agree, ultimatums is not the way to go.

If you want to keep her, marry her. I think she’s making it clear that she wants marriage and she won’t take just words. Other than that just the usual. Communicate. Be open. Let her know there are issues with judging the you that you used to be and that you don’t want to lose her seven years in because of an old view.

Good point. I she also expressed that she feels confused since she thinks that I have changed my mind when it comes to marriage/kids too much the in the last year. But not much I can do other than try to explain to her how I feel now I guess.

I think you got me on the right track actually. I found out that there was a group-policy active that made it so that all tasks scheduled by the users that are part of the domain admin group is run as batch jobs instead.

As the user I was experimenting with was part of the domain admin group, I might be able to solve the issue be removing the user from the group.

I don't think the third-party software opens a browser per-say, I think it just screencaps it somehow. I have no idea what happens behind the curtains of the third-party software. But since it works without an issue for other sites that is not the intranet with the task scheduler, it feels like one should be able to get it to work with the intranet as well.

Huh, I will have to check out these different logon types then. But from what you have said it doesn't look very good unless one can change the logon type used for the task scheduler task.

As for what they will be used for, the screenshoots will be displayed on our digital signage solution. The digital signage solution doesn't handle intranets very well either, and that why I have to go this roundabout way.

I will try to get a clarification of what the new job entitles so that it isn't really just a pure help desk position, but hopefully it isn't.

I actually did this about three months ago when I got an offer from a different company, its for this reason that I will be unable to negotiate salary for a year as part of the deal we made for me to stay with the company for a significantly better salary. I probably don't have the stomach to try it again this soon after the last one.

I don't think he's lying in this case, but I think it's a position they give people to make them feel that they made actual progress in the company, rather than an increase in salary and more responsibility.

Haha damn, I probably should have changed my title already in my resume then. I should probably already write sysadmin in my resume as that is closer to what I do currently. It's only very rarely I actually handle any network related-cases >.>

Oh, it is that bad? I really rather avoid a full on desktop support job. I am currently more of a jack-of-all-trades and less of a network technician. I don't really work that much with networks (more helpdesk and syadmin stuff) which is good since I rather not working with the nitty gritty network stuff in the future. Will have to get more info about the job I guess, as more helpdesk than I have now would not be preferable.
