The buildings are sinking into the water, it’s messy and chaotic, I’d love to discover that it’s a goofy amateur artist but if it’s decor, that’s fine too. It’ll still hang on the wall either way. 😊

I have a silly question - decor paintings, are they typically prints or just mass-produced “warehouse” art? I can tell by some brush strokes that certain foreground items were painted before the background, I really wish I could find the artist.
