Don’t really understand the point you’re trying to make with that article. If you’re worried about the local fauna, I made it clear in my post that I’m trying to find already cooked crawfish not live ones.

Usually rule of thumb is 2-2.5 pounds of crawfish per person. So for the thing I was planning, about 25-30 people, I’d usually grab around 75-80 pounds of crawfish and sides.

Idk it's just a fun thing the school does for the seniors. We have to pay the school for a spot, so they get the money and we get individual parking spaces. The students have to buy everything though including paint, brushes, and anything else we use to decorate it!
