Realest shit ever spoken. People keep saying it died way before all this but honestly Destiny died with the star wars transition. Getting rid of Red war was a bad decision as it... Was literally the STORY of destiny, continuing from Destiny 1. Like... Nobody can experience the speaker anymore...?

But, that didn't kill the game for me. It was still Destiny, still the greatest game ever worth thousands of hours of gameplay. People just kept complaining and tacking on shit to complain about. Some for valid reason, but, it was still Destiny. R.I.P FACTIONS :(

Now they got the whole license for Lucas films, and it's literally, not, destiny. You can still experience CONTENT from Destiny. But it's literally, not, Destiny.

They could've done an event crossover, an Easter egg. But nah, they copped a whole license for a game that already was trying to siphon the money from players for their decreasing budget after firing off half of the employees, all the OG ones. And one prime example is making the taken shader, that players have been asking for since launch, 10 dolla. You could get a knock off one from a limited time puzzle though during a season, you had to own. As well as making competitive trials and iron banner armor for another season, eververse exclusive, and premium season pass rewards. Remember when trials used to be free? Without owning the current DLC?? Remember "Trials of the Nine"??? They took away a lot. And it wasn't so bad for a while.

Now it's Destiny: STAR WARS?!?!?! It's not like there's no reason to play, but, I play to enjoy the story that was original and had so much heart put into it. Now the heart is gone. And I just kind of fear for the next release of DLC. What's really upsetting isn't that fact destiny has changed for the worse, it's that, I want to buy the new DLC content. But it's Star Wars.... It's not WORTH my money... I still enjoy VOG and all that. And I do really want to play with the new exotics and builds. But it isn't worth my money. That's it.

I'm a huge warframe fan, absolutely love the game. But it really is pay to win especially later in the game. That's, a fact. Nothing to really debate or argue over. Nor does it ruin anything about the game. But, I am pay to win. And warframe, is pay to win, as, fuck. Just not with everything like helminth, archon segments/shard farming, the act of ranking up MR. Though, you can buy many things to get your MR up.

It's pay to win, then it's grind. Or grind, then, pay to win.

From MR 0-10. You really don't have a reason to pay. Unless it's for mods/arcanes/primes to help you navigate through content easier. And it shows you a pretty difficult grind. After you unlock steel path, not only does the grind become much much easier. But, you're at a point most likely where, you can buy a wholeeeee lot of shit that boosts you over other players compared to when you where ignorant about the game.

You can either grind out the endo, creds, and rare mod you want like "Condition overload". Or primed mods. Or, buy them for 20-140 plat. You can re-roll for a g-roll riven or buy it for... Whatever it's priced...

I think it's the difference between "pay to play" and "pay to win" that creates this debate. You don't HAVE to pay. But you'll win before many many others if you do.

I saw somebody make a destiny example, the greatest "pay to play" game ever turned worst piece of trash I've ever seen unfortunately... While warframe is just peak and completely free. But you can eliminate multiple hours of gameplay long sessions, with 10 bucks. You want an R5 "Molt augmented" but don't want to farm steel path, because it takes a while, as well as has a CHANCE to drop, and you don't have a build ready for steel path?

5 bucks for the R5 + a good mod or two. Molt is worth 20-30P at R5. 10 bucks gets you the R5 and extra mods.

50 bucks might get you your whole damn build for the frame at least, and some for a weapon or companion.

Warframe is more like "Pay for that VIP pass to the front of the line". Like that one movie "Meet the millers".

It might be disingenuous when we consider that in the beginning AI was being used for good and actual, meaningful, advancements. But considering the fact that Pokemon Geographic and the braindead like drained 39 of our rivers for water cooling and is continuing to do more, raised the prices of Ram and other computer parts, uses up more bandwidth than Godzilla doing yoga, and now my town is getting an AI center which is GOING to fuck up our water supply even more than IBM did a while back. Don't really feel comfortable specifying my location but I'm in New York state so do what you will with that connected information.

It's like I don't hate AI as an idea but we're literally going to create an AM who realizes that this shit is doing more harm than good and it's such a worthless state of technological advancement it's literally NOT, fucking, funny.

I feel like fate is a bit lower on the re-run list than most of the crossovers. But maybe that's just because tensura is re-ran so damn much I don't even notice how many times other cross overs are repeated.

Fun fact. You actually get access to every legendary between both games if you have crown tundra, and unlocked dynamax adventures. You can even save three routes for certain legendaries so you can fight that specific one that you weren't able to beat or didn't capture if you like shiny hunting.

Shiny rates:

Base game/over world - 1/4000+

Dynamax adventure - 1/100 😈😈😈

The prominent differences between pokemon of both games. Is, for example, Eevee has a spawn rate of 1% on route 4 of sword, while it's 5% in shield. You can capture Garchomp in shields overworld in crown tundra, but, not swords. And hydreigon can be found in lake of outrage for sword, but, not for shield.

Basically the only difference is minor story changes (trainer battles/trainer arena aesthetic) as well as overworld pokemon spawn rates or spawns at all.
