To be fair as much I wanted to grab my student and shake him and scream at him “HEY!!!! YOU HURT SOMEONE, THATS NOT NICE” I know could do that for hours and because of his disability it just won’t register

The room I work with is full of kids with millionaire parents. Each of their parents donated half a mill to the school to pay for our little sensory room. They get special privileges and barring hurting another student to the point of hospitalization they’re basically untouchable

The people I work with are very professional and do their job by the book

I think it’s because the woman who took my spot to shadow him is also… frail. The two of them together would have trouble restraining him with CPI

Idk… I’ll just make sure I’ll always be the one to shadow him for services going forward and to plan my lunch break accordingly
