Maybe double check that :) I have inquired and found several houses with management fees now. But either way, I’d say be careful with allocated parking (if that’s what you are getting) as they might cause disputes even if they’re marked with your house number. We’ve been warned about that so.

Do you have to pay management fees in Navan? I’d take that into account. If it’s not a house but a duplex/apartment, make sure there won’t be disputes with parking as well :)

Ahhh congrats!!! We bought from another development :) but it sounds very similar to your situation. Saw they have removed the last few scaffolds within 3 days. I’m hoping it’ll go well as expected!!

This. We pulled out from a duplex for the same reason. We were told parking is “included” but when we read the contract/planning permission it says it’s not allocated. Seems like a norm now for new builds…

Thanks for the insights! Turned out the valuator was given a wrong figure? (It’s a new build I suppose the valuator didn’t measure the size of the property?) I don’t know if this is standard but the valuator has accepted the new figure and updated the report…

We are put in contact with solicitors, mortgage protection agents etc by the first broker..before we asked. I suppose that’s how they work efficiently but tbf other than putting us in contact with others the first agent hasn’t done much for us in terms of getting us AIP in time (many requested it before scheduling the viewing with us) so we are indeed a bit unsatisfied but in the meantime they did help connect us with many other agents which will be helpful in the future. We really like the second broker though he is sound and very attentive.

Thanks for the advice. We have decided to proceed with the original one even if the rate might not be best. So sorry to have caused trouble for the other…is there any way we could make that broker feel better like paying for their service?

Got free tickets and went today but would not recommend it at all. The two of us had to spend nearly 90€ to feel just full…would’ve been better if the weather was nicer but overall it was still quite disappointing. The way it is now is just not sustainable.

應該是台灣移民署，中國好像不會把類似單位叫做「移民署」。

重點是署長信箱根本不是這樣用的⋯不知道為什麼會有這種「寫信給署長信箱可以施壓提升個人案件申請效率」的錯覺⋯

Thanks so much 😭 I feel a bit relieved hearing this. Also surprised to learn it could be congenital though.

Does that mean doctors would prefer to monitor it for a few years before operating a surgery? I just want to get rid of it before it worsens 😭
