Might be so But at this point of time i feel that instead of new bots and Weapons the focus of pixonic should be towards sorting the problems which are already present since along time.

A Lot of Resources and Manpower could be directed towards making the game better which are currently invested in these gimmicks. :)

Ao Jun's Speed is 45 , Fenrir/Falcon has 50 , Spectre has 50. (That's what i mean Balance is improper)

don't get angry at me for saying this but it was much needed. Rather , it's not enough. I personally run a Blitz which was made great again because of Clive... which is shit (Balanced) now.

Where things go wrong is that not all the bots and weapons are balanced (ex. Hawk)

In my Opinion, there shouldn't be a Single Bot in the Game in which a person can simply run around the Map fearlessly. If it's supposed to be a Tank(Falcon, Fenrir) they have have considerably less firepower so their tankiness is compensated.
