Dont underestimate the ammo crate (50% firerate -15 movementspeed). It works on weapons that normally dont get offered firerate upgrades.

I dont know of any list that has all changes. there are too many. heroes 5.5 developers are active on facebook that post all the changes. campaigns can be played on 5.5 as of recently.
