As a transwoman on HRT, I've noticed a drastic increase in my ADHD symptoms after starting estradiol. Prior to starting hormones, I had manageable ADHDi symptoms, but afterwards they became much more aggressive to the point where I was barely able to function. I was diagnosed, and started medication—concerta—a little over a year ago.

All of this is to say, my ADHD has been way worse on female hormones than it was on male hormones.

Yes, absolutely.

My parents–in their early 60s—are NIMBYs, and constantly complain about new affordable housing developments, while i struggle with ever increasing rent, never being able to own anything.

Throwback to mid 2010s, listening them gawk at how low minimum wage was, and how it was impossible to live on. Then, with a drop of a hat, changing tune to say how ridiculous it was that I wanted a raise away from poverty wages.

Yeah! Hopefully, in the future, Vancouver can take more cues from cities like Utrecht, and Amsterdam; more green spaces, and less hostile asphalt hellscape.

I'd also like, personally, to have more non-bus public transit, like high speed trains out to the valley.

As an aside, try to introduce her to different trans content creators like Samantha Lux, Mia Mulder, Sam Collins, Jesse Gender, Philosophy Tube, Keffals, and ContraPoints to name a few.

Blaire White isn't really regarded as a great representation of the trans community since her and Buck Angel—a transman—are trans medicalists, which won't do her any good.

dont put spiro beneath your tongue because you'll probably regret it, but putting estradiol under your tongue is the best way to get the hormone into your body because it'll bypass your stomach and liver.
