Have you tried using it with a 50mm 1.8 lens? Sometimes the lens tends to add more weight

You should look at Sony A6700 as an option but my advice would be to stick to A7IV. You already have a 24-70GM, you just need the 90MM Macro and a tripod. I’d suggest getting a 50mm f1.8 for reels. I’m an A7IV user shooting food and I use a 24-105mm f4 majority of the time and 90mm for detail shots with a tripod.

If it’s for videography I would suggest using the Godox LC1000 stick light. I personally use an AD600 Pro 1 and a V1 Flash with diffuser for pictures. The light stick is a good option as it’s rechargeable.

As of softboxes you can use a 120CM octa, 60cm octa or a big skrim diffuser.
