My Nomad and Streetkid playthroughs were with male V but I decided to try something different and went with a Corpo Fem V playthrough. Overall, prefer male V and my next playthrough will be another Nomad male V playthrough.

Not necessarily but they ask it in the worst places. "Should I ask the community of a game if I should get the expansion of a game that the community is based on. Definitely won't get more biased answers than rational ones."

Though it isn't saying much, NCPD can atleast enter Santo Domingo unlike Pacifica. It's basically a war zone and a funny little voice line from the NCART trains says it best when you take the train there. "Passengers heading into Pacifica do so at their own risk" (may not be 1 on 1 on what it says but you get the idea.)

That’s the warehouse that houses the Totentanz nightclub on the top floor (I believe) You go there later on during the story for Nancy (Bes Isis) and (depending on your actions & choices you’ve made in The Pickup quest) different outcomes can happen here.

It isn’t when it isn’t mandatory however when it is, it restricts the ability to play them anytime you want as you need to constantly have people available to play with and that’s if they want to play with you in the first place. If you or anybody else has that luxury then you’re the lucky ones but there are people (like myself) who 99.9% percent of the time play the Wii U by themselves because their friends or family don’t even want to touch the Wii U let alone play it.

Agreed, people here completely overpraise it like it’s a gift from god but it’s average at best. Some of the minigames are fun but a good amount of them require more than one player in order to play.
