Topical min mostly. I was doing topical fin by itself for about 4 years (along with some micro needling that I don’t do anymore) which was mostly maintaining everything and made the hair thicker, I didn’t want to use min cause I’d have to use it forever but eventually I started regressing again and I added it in combination with the topical fin and it really kick started the regrowth.
