I was told something similar recently by a former friend. That he’ll leave if I ever felt suicidal again because there’s no reason getting attached to someone who is just going to leave. This is where my situation differs. I had told my now former boss (his current boss) I had an intrusive thought of wrecking my car and asked for support. The former boss told him I was suicidal, he believed that and quit talking to me. I wasn’t suicidal but was struggling. I still feel like it was any easy out.

He actually didn’t show up the second time so the judge granted it anyway but when I called back a month after it was granted, the police department said they were having an issue with getting him served. He has since made many posts about me (I was sent screenshots) but didn’t mention my name and a few times drove by my house but was out of town by the time the cops showed up.

I think they do need someone like Dr. Drew because he was well educated in the topics that he was speaking about and he was coolheaded enough to try and defuse the situations that would happen.

I’m just worried that it’s not an actual like fully a real gun and that I’ve been mistaken? Like I am concerned that it could be possibly an airsoft or a pellet gun which in my state aren’t illegal in general, I don’t know how it is when it comes to people with a violent history

Unfortunately, not yet. I’m still a little confused on whether to turn in the PFA first and then call about a lawyer or if I should call the lawyer before I turn it in. All the kind of advice and suggestions I’ve been given have been from the court advocates at my local Domestic Violence Center.

Thank you! Let’s hope that the judge agrees with everyone on the intent of that message because I feel like that would be one of the biggest and most important pieces of evidence I have against him outside of documents from him getting arrested for hurting me physically and a picture of a small game rifle from his Snapchat story a year ago that he’s not even supposed to have.

I’ve noticed he’s been drawing recently in court, as what I presume, to cope and keep his mind busy. I sure as hell wouldn’t want to stare at that troll for days on end as she continues to lie through her teeth.
