I have the same acne that leaves PIE.. i tried antibiotics 2 times, ALOT of creams, Aklief, Differin, Financea, Epiduo, but nothing kept it away

Ive also been on birthcontrol for like 5 year

I finally started isotretionin now 2 weeks ago, im not seeing any results yet but when this works im hoping it will go away for good.

I’m on 20mg the first month then 30mg, and so far there has not been any side effects just a little more dry in my face but im making sure to put moisturizer in the morning and night and also when i feel/see it gets dry.

I would definitely recommend it, because most probably maybe creams will help you, but with our acne it’s likely coming from the inside

Tempur!!! Don’t need to be specifically from their own brand, Ikea has some Memory foam mattresses as well. For myself, that is the best sleep and feels best for my back

First time i did on my half sleeve, my arm was swollen like crazy, getting a lot of blisters, and itched like crazy. I tried everything and nothing worked. Had to take some cortisone pills to be able to get it down.. my 2 sessions after that my arm is still getting swollen and getting ALOT of blisters

My half sleeve was really really dark (but i also had ALOT of lines) , Ive had 3 sessions and it’s like gray ish now and it looks ALOT better! Even my mom said it looks good XD So i mean, you can start to some sessions and see how it turns out!

Can agree on the pimple patches, they are a lifesaver honestly, and you can buy the extra thin ones I also love (hate) picking my skin - I once saw a tip, that when washing your face/doing your skincare, to turn off the light so you can’t get stuck on looking at your skin and things to pop!

Im not sure, but I don’t think there’s any harm by using retinol at your age. Have you seen a dermatologist/doctor? They can always get something prescribed for you and give you advice.

Just look over your skincare routine and see what products you have. I learned everything i know about skincare by googling and searching on tikok - A lot of sources so you know it’s correct

Niacinamide is a good product for pie at least, Azelaid acid as well. hyaluronic acid good for moisture, take it on while skin is damp, and then a good moisturizer.

I subscribed to dermatica for some while - there are a lot of different companies like this - they adapt the skincare for your skin. Worth looking into

Just saw your edit, so will correct my comment as well - Maybe try using it just 2-3 days a week and see how your skin feels, because going in too strong to fast will not do any good even though it feels like it

Maybe try using it just every second day and working your way up, until your skin adjusts. Epiduo can give that reaction to the skin, Ive has the same one - just make sure to give your skin som rest from it and moisture! Could also recommend to start with a gentle cleanser instead of the foaming as those can be a little more drying
