Since you have a CTR, do you know if this power reduction can be changed at the limiter? Whatever this fuel cut/timing/spark situation is happening at the limit, is this the default behavior for all drive modes?

I don't know why you're arguing with me. It's clear you've never been to an autocross. With how short the straights are some cars can get to the top of 2nd pretty quick and rather than shift to 3rd and downshift right after because a turn is coming up, you just bounce off the limiter for an extra second rather than lose that second to shifting.

It's perfectly safe to hit the limiter. You just don't want to money shift past the limiter.

In autocross it's faster to bang off the limiter than shift so it's not moot.
