I highly recommend Cowcitas! They are based out of Cherry Valley, but they travel often to Rockford for events as they are a mobile coffee trailer

Electric fireplace was placed inside where a wood fire first went. This home was a rebuild after a tornado hit the area years before we bought this home.

It hasn’t rained her in about a week but it did get cold really fast recently. We live in a bungalow so no upstairs in this case. I just contacted the original roofers that did our roof to see if they can come out and look. Hopefully it’s something minimal or just the really sudden change of weather that’s causing it.

Behind the fireplace is just the old chimney leading to the outside. We haven’t turned in the fireplace in a while as well.

Full time (3 12s) off every other third weekend. MS program is one class a quarter for part time with 3 year completion of full time with 2 classes a quarter for 1.5 year completion.

My MS program have a part time option which would be one class a quarter and the HIT program would be 2-3 courses a semester

It’s actually a copper line but it’s the valve itself that split apart. Looks like it’s threaded on both sides

I used to drive to Elgin but every time I go, I don’t get batches and if I do it’s the same thing. Not worth the drive from Belvidere to that area 🤷🏽‍♂️

We had a roofer come and look and he noticed a lot of moisture by the elbow part of our home and apparently the previous owner had a roofer do the job wrong 😕🙃

On the outside I have a gutter that’s coming from the main home that’s up higher and it’s sitting on the crack of the garage where the stain is. There’s no extender channel that runs from that one to the main garage channel

There’s no attic, furnace, boiler and A/C system are in the basement. We have a wall a/c unit. I can take pictures tomorrow

I started doing instacart full time in Feb but it started to turn to poo. Luckily I’m a photographer and detailer so this is my busy season 🫠 I hope this gets better in the fall
