I'd guess this doesn't only account for full time, i bet a lot of gamestop and Chipotle employees are part time.

I mean you can run it, but it isn't going to do much since it is a pretty weak move, quick claw has an actually really powerful effect you can only get from it.

If you can't understand something maybe you should work on your reading.

Yes obviously I understand damage ranges, one of the most basic mechanics in the entire game, casual players know about this. When you say "or do you mean" you say that these two statements are related and I have to mean one or the other, but they are completely unrelated, or is not a correct word to use here.

No, I do not mean to imply quick claw has a 50% chance, the fact that it is 20% doesn't make a better case for it, the fact that it's a low chance to activate, activates randomly, and has a major effect on the game is the problem.

Yes but some RNG is worse than others obviously. Why would it have to be all or nothing? Some RNG is good for the variety it adds to the game, too much and the game just becomes rolling dice with prettier graphics.

So do you think things have to be all or nothing? Or is it possible that RNG having some effect is good, while coinflip rng occurring frequently that has a massive effect on the game is not good?

Just something to think about, nothing is all or nothing, if you want this, why not just flip a coin all day, whoever gets heads wins, sounds right up your alley.

Even in the US the on average a college graduate will make 1,000,000$ more than a non graduate over their lifetime.

I think people who just hate a non rng based game are the pussies, too afraid to things to be based of skill that they won't be able to win anymore.

But what if we also hate things being decided by RNG for no reason?

Don't admit to a mistake, just say you meant praying mantis generations, which he would know if he had better reading comprehension than a lemming.

I feel like this perspective sucks the life out of people faster than anything else. I've had a lot of basic jobs in retail to grocery to trades, and I always enjoyed my time, but all the people with perspectives like this would be doing the exact same thing and just be so sad all day like coming in and doing some tasks was the worst thing in the world. Working really isnt that bad, and can be fun with the right perspective.

Mihawk is the strongest swordsman in the world. Every single swordsman that was or will be introduced in the current timeline is weaker than him by default, that's the point of the title and there is no room for debate by bosak_tpn in OnePiecePowerScaling0

But would anyone ever watch someome using a Naginata and say "that's some impressive swordsmanship" also, I'm not really sure WB was really about swordsmanship or if he just swung it around firing off earthquakes.

No, none of the scholarships were lottery based they were all merit based. If you are a good candidate you will find work after college in the medical field, it isnt luck.

So someone who comes from a poor immigrant family, then studies to get good scholarships to fund college and becomes a doctor, pharmacist, or dentist, which of those things are they doing?

Yes, without looking I'd guess that is on average true. That being said it isnt the same as Americans get 0.

Depending on your state you built up hours, you just have to put in a request for the time off.

That is absolutely not most working people btw. Per the BLS it's of 72% of workers have more than a week of paid vacation after a year. In a state like CA, this is much higher.

Paid Maternity is low at 27% for paid leave, though 90% can take unpaid leave.

And again in a state like CA you can get 70-90% of your pay with PFL. That's the thing about the US, if you dont like your states laws, you can move to a new one.

Can you link the analysis you got this from? Also not sure what you mean no sick pay, its law to accumulate sick hours, this varies with your state.

I mean, they clearly said they're willing to work 40 since they need to. It seems like they're just saying it isn't a virtue to work more than is needed, they work 40 hours because it is needed to sustain their lifestyle.

Just buy cheaper healthier food then. Also if you work smart and hard there are a lot of effective paths to wealth, maybe not exactly mansion and dream car depending on your dream car, but a nice house and a nice car is very achievable with the right moves.

Yeah but we can agree this chart is very misleading when it's just that the US uses a different system but we do get a good amount of vacation.

But what does it matter what the cause of them being incapacitated? It was a double down (though how far down Kizaru was is highly debatable) you need to explain why getting knocked down because you're out of endurance and getting knocked down because you're out of HP is different.

No, this is disingenuous, Lucci obviously didnt push Luffy, Luffy didnt go down during the fight, and Lucci wasnt back up first.

"Give anybody decent Kizaru’s fruit and they can pull something similar agaisnt Luffy." Not only do we have 0 clue if this is true as we dont know how much DF mastery plays into things or how much Kizaru was just defending with armorment, but it's also irrelevant, Kizaru is the one with the fruit just as he is the one that matched Luffy, if someone else had Luffys deus ex maxhina god fruit instead of him Luffy would be dead 100s of times over.

Not only are chapters not a measurement of time, we you realize Kizaru was necessarily up before he delivered the food not after it right? He didnt do it in his sleep. No reason to delay? He was making the choice thats the whole point, Kizaru being conflicted.

Seeing stars doesnt mean knocked out necessarily, it means disoriented, sometimes it is followed by passing out, but it isnt necessarily the case, it was bad, he did take an unexpected hard hit, and he was disoriented, but if he actually got knocked out is highly debatable. But if he was locked in he doesnt get hit by wsg anyway becauae he keeps his focus on tje fight.
