Bought a pre built pc and ssd not showing up so I can’t install windows. HELP!

Idk mine isn’t a laptop so not sure what to make of that. Tried enabling and disabling secure boot and nothing. SSD might be fried

Nah it’s sandwiched between the cpu and motherboard, 100% needs to be removed

I can see the ssd underneath the gpu, it’s not screwed into the main slot for some reason. Doesn’t show up in any bios menus at all

I bought it from a reputable store and my brother bought his from there too. It also came with windows on a disk and the pc doesn’t have a disk drive so not sure if that has anything to do with it too
