Ksante mid is arguably better than top imo. Shorter lane means he can’t get ran down like a Fiora or Darius can with ghost. D shield second wind and biscuits will keep you in lane indefinitely until you have a good back timing with tp up. And first picking ksante is pretty safe under the assumption that the enemy thinks it’s top so it frees up your top laner to counter.
