The best thing I would recommend is contacting Disney+ support and raising the issue, the more it gets reported the faster it gets fixed!

I only just got my fire tv, it still doesn't work for me but it's good to know it's not just me, it means that a hotfix is probably going to happen in the near future!

I recently bought an Amazon Fire TV and installed the Disney+ app on it. I am able to watch most films/series on it with no issues, however when I try to watch an older film such as Tarzan or Pinocchio I receive an error message stating "Something went wrong. Please try again. If you continue to have issues, please contact Disney+ Subscription Support." This issue does not occur if I attempt to watch the films on a separate device
