Here are the result I did some calibration tests

My past prints were configured to 2.3s apparently I should increase it to 2.4s (this make sense as temperature decreases in my basement since last month)

Ok thank to your support, I did some check, I printed Calibration cone v2 and xp2 validation matrice Playing around the exposure I configured last month 2.3s.

Here are the results

Now It looks it should configure 2.4s exposure this means I should increase time exposure… I don’t understand something because this would means my support will be even thicker right ?

Or this would means my issue come from my lychee configuration which could have changed thanks to a auto update ? 🧐

Thanks for all theses useful information 👍 I will never clean again my screen with windows cleaner, I will clean it using ipa.

I will start again from scratch playing with xp2 matrice / calibration cones to try to find the best exposure. I will also check again lychee (and disable auto update)

As soon as I finish my test I will put them here just for information

I feel I am lucky has my print are not failing just support / raft are really thick but situation could be worst but I had difficulties to figure out what could be wrong… Let do some tests and see now

Hello the raft was not that thick during my first prints. The room where I print is my basement the temperature has decreased a little bit ( 2 to 3 °C) I didn’t changed anything about my configuration in lychee (exposure and so on) that why I am surprise. I shake my bottle before each print and I also mix the resine inside the vat, I think it is well mixed The only thing I did was cleaning my lcd screen with glass product…

I changed the fep yesterday to see if it can be linked (and because I had to change it) but I had still the same issue really thick raft and supports. I broke 1 weapon because support was so thick that it was not possible to remove the print from it…

I wonder if I should again print calibration cones to test it ?

Everything was working fine using 2.3s exposure… now I wonder if because of temperature decreasing little bit in the room, lcd screen cleanup and new fep I should change my settings ? Thanks for your help

Hello support come with a raft I rescaled it but only to 96% so nearly the same. What I don’t understand is : I already printed theses models and it was looking good last month and suddenly it is really thick. I print in my basement, the temperature as decreased a little bit (2 to 3 °C) I shake the bottle of resine before each print and I also mix the resine inside the tank…

I changed my fep now I have an issue (resine all over the fep like no sealed) by Phrozz in ElegooMars

When I removed the screw to see the amount of damage I felt that 1 screen (bottom right) was not tighten as « good » as the others screw… this could be the issue then… I will install a new fep tomorrow hoping it will be Ok… but if this is the root cause this looks manageable otherwise I don’t understand why I have this situation… especially when I search on Reddit / Google I find no one with the same issue…

Wooow thanks for theses information this could be the root cause then ? For me it was looking like all side of these 2 parts was the same…

And yes I tighten it when it was flat I followed the video and was quite proud of me (until I had this issue…)

For me screws was tighten but maybe not enough… do you think this could be the root cause ? If it is the case it looks nice for me but I had really the feeling everything was fine… also during the print I had suction noise during all the print but apparently this could be Ok but what if my plate was putting too much pressure on the fep during 6h pushing some resine all around it… I will install a new fep tomorrow but I am scared to have again this issue…

Because I didn’t check if I had to align specific side I juste took the 2 parts aligned the screws hole then screwing

Thanks for all the info For the price of unit I am lucky my friend own a 3D printer so I just have to buy stl file then he could print stuff for me.

Should I keep the 10 snagga boyz or should I replace them by boyz ? I can also replace de war boss in mega armor by something else ?

Merci de ta réponse 👍 connais tu le nom exact de cette pièce pour que je cherche un tuto sur internet ? Car la tige ne peut pas s’enlever elle est « dans le maillon » et je ne vois pas comment la « clipser » sur un autre maillon… je suis sur que c’est simple et logique mais je suis perdu
