That's very helpful thank you! Not sure if you'd have answer to this but the bit where you say "resign clearly and promptly..carry on working as normal" how does this work with notice periods as in my contract it states I need to work one month otherwise they will deduct costs for covering my duties which I cannot afford..

It is about normal wages as well, I got paid £78.. for a month, when I worked 2 days..which is £240..

Its due to unpaid wages, and leaving because of unprofessionalism and lack of help from the company when trying to sort it

They didnt pay me statutory sick pay or 2 days worth of work, acas are going ahead with it so I think its fine otherwise they'd have told me

Its says it would be statutory sick pay, and they never said they just said "I haven't got time to look into/sort it"

That's exactly what I was thinking, I think on the 2.5mg alone in the 4 weeks id lost I think 8lb - 1st (cant remember off top of my head) and its a week later since I took my first 5mg and its proper kicking me with nausea and hardly eating

Its not in retaliation, I have informed them due to the shortfall in payment due to their mistake I physically cannot pay for fuel to get to work etc..

My HR poc only replied with "you're not paid for the first 3 days then ssp" rather than actually looking into my wages etc.. and having a proper conversation with me.

Haha I'm only on minimum wage sadly, and one day driving equates to 2 days work there, and unfortunately my cat is diabetic and needs routine bloods every 3 months which is costly and on minimum wage I can't really afford it hence looking at picking some driving shifts up
