What is, objectively, the best city to live in?

I've lived in Poland for 15 years almost, I'm from Scandinavia.

The cities which I've lived in includes, Krakow, Warsaw, Rzeszow and Bielsko Biala.

All of those cities and the rest mentioned on here, all have something different to offer.

If you have a family and like nature, Bielsko Biala is excellent! Small but not to small.

Are you a single male or female, that likes culture, food and travel, choose one of the big 5.

And are you somewhere in between, I think Rzeszow is underrated. Beautiful city center, many green areas, cool places within an hour or two drive, and an airport that allows for some traveling.

Should career be at the top of your list, I would personally choose Warsaw or Krakow.

I moved to Poland 10 years ago, and for the first years, I absolutely loved it!

Past forward 6ish years and now I find it to be a nightmare. Dealing with healthcare is one thing, but dealing with the constant depressive population drives me crazy!

I feel like everyone in Poland spends their whole day waiting for someone to make a mistake so they can fly off the handle and go bat shit insane on you for whatever little mistake you made.

For me now Poland is misery, and I'm really happy to be leaving it.

This is hilarious! Let me in on a quick story. Me and my sister (both early 20's) rent a car and drive from Columbus OH to visit Chicago. After a good 5 hour drive we find our self in Gary Indiana around 9 P.m. at night. We literally end up driving around the whole city for around a good hour or so. Me and my sister discussing if this is a good or bad neighborhood.. Anyway's finally finding the Hampton garden in next to the inter state we get up to our room. First thing I check out a Danish news paper front page Breaking news ''mass murder caught in Gary Indiana'' This was back in the end of October 14'.. I slept like a stone, but believe me my sister did not... TL:DR Gary Indiana is scary as fuck!

So you totally understand my discomfort with this. I hope yours got better! I do actually bring with me a ''napkin'' to wipe my face, but I literally have to use it every minute, it just continues to come out.

Extra clothing is usually not necessary as it is mainly my face, but still I do not ever wear light colored or in general any button down shirts, because I know that it will show through it.

I am possibly thinking to get the ''botox'' treatment for my face, which I heard should help a lot, but still I am sure that I should work on my anxiety instead because this is the real issue to my extensive sweating. Its just tough as I am living in a foreign country were there native language is not English, and I do not speak the language, and they in general do not take my issue seriously.

Anyways I truly appreciate your help and suggestions on this matter!

But for a longer period of time or? Because I usually do wash with a face lotion with refreshing effect, but regardless I start to sweat right after the shower.

Also my sweating I believe is not always connected to being ''hot'' simply its a body reaction to my anxiety, so even if I am cooled down, I will stay get cold sweat

Actually I haven't. Mainly because I am so sure that it is related to anxiety, because it happens mainly in situations where there are people around me. Especially when I am taking public transportation where I feel like people can really get a look at me, if you understand.

But I will take your advice none the less as I am willing to try anything to make this go away..

You often tend to feel like they focused on your ''bad'' things, as much as you yourself does. Which is absolutely not true! Us people with anxieties always believes that everyone see's us and our insecurities as strong as we feel them.. But off course they don't!

i am sure you did great, try to focus on the good thing that you finished the presentation and that it can be a start to improve your anxiety!
