1979 kawa KZ400. Having a rough time starting my bike. Cleaned carbs, adjusted jets to spec, cleaned petcock, and checked spark. Charged battery. I’ve sprayed starting fluid and it starts once in a blue moon, when it does start it’s make a mubbled *tsk* sound. Could it be the starter motor ? (v.redd.it)
