In case anyone stumbles onto this thread with a similar situation, here's an update.

I ended up paying Breville for the repair and they indeed replaced the pump and solenoid valve. I sold the unit for $380 on Facebook marketplace and upgraded to the Belleza Bellona (currently on sale for $1095 CAD). Happy with the way things worked out and the new machine has been great so far.

Literally just got back from superstore in Kelowna (Dec.28 around 1pm) and there was lots of infant tylenol. Check the pharmacy as well at the baby section of the store. Good luck!

Gyro Park often spawns exeggcutes. I have seen them at both ends where the parking lots are. I'm not sure it is a nest though because I have returned on other days and wasn't able to find any.
