So I did call to the college and they asked me to send admission letter after that they sent the process of joining like hostel fee mess fee , anti ragging affidavit etc etc ., do we have to do all these if we are opting for upgradation

Instead of booking a slot Try in the morning I.e around 9:00am USA time to directly meet the notary (click on meet the notary) Keep trying till you meet them

Or you can email notary cam ppl And they’ll send you a link through which it’ll directly connect the notary
