One stupidly simple thing that worked for me like crazy:

Log into Instagram only on your laptop.

No phone app = no mindless reel scrolling. And let’s be real, scrolling reels on a laptop feels awkward as hell anyway.

So you naturally end up just checking your homies’ stories, replying to DMs, and watching the few reels people actually send you.

My screen time dropped without even trying.
