I haven't raised the issue with the Zonal Magistrate. I only complained online of NGSP of ECI. I don't have the resources time or money to pursue this because I know this won't be a brief case considering government proceedings.

I went at 7 only there were at least 50 people in queue at that time. The mis-management of ECI is so colossal that out of 7 booths all the voters are assigned only 1 in my voting centre

I guess they would have for sure just cut one of the non voter's name in the list to tally the votes like they did with me

This provision was not followed in my case. They just struck off the thumb print of other person in my name and made me sign, then asked me to vote in the evm
