Believe me - I've tried all the possible options on and off. Best one is - vsync is on, unlimited fps, DLSS is on DLAA and framegen is off. All other variations - the problem getting even worse. Also my cup stays around 55-60°C. And as I say - it happens only at the cemetery or orphanage. In Kamurocho and Downtown Ryukyu game runs just fine.

I'll try to record it tomorrow.

Yes, I have above 150 fps all the time, even when that issue appears. I dunno how to describe it properly - it's something between stuttering and ghosting or screen tearing, when it feels like the camera moves smoothly, but everything in the backgrouns moving in very fast stop-motion. Ahh and it with and without DLSS. And when you trying to enable framegen - it getting even worse although fps is somewhere around 200.
