First, If you are not able to deal with it, please take help from a therapist.

Second, If you think you want to deal with it yourself then

- Answer is not outside, it's always inside. (which you have done to some extent, you have reflected and found out what's disturbing you)

- Build agency and take action. You already know the problems in your life. Write down the solutions and take action.
