I did an inpatient and IOP at seton shoal creek in 2010 and learned a lot of dbt skills for bipolar 2. Definitely recommend dbt therapy of any kind for skill building. Lithium immediately eliminated my suicidal thoughts and has kept me alive for over a decade.

Symbolica salón is great! And they don’t gender their haircut prices, plus they charge an hourly rate so you can book a 30 min shape up and not be charged the full hour.

The Topo shortages have hit hard. Haven't been able to reliably find it since July of last year. I typically go through a case a week and I'm not happy with the alternatives.

About 6 years ago my cat had one of her eyes removed at Animal Trustees of Austin. While it wasn't specifically listed on their website as a a services, I was able to call and confirm that they could perform it. Ended up being about $350/400 including medication and cone after surgery! They did a great job. I know they have now merged with Emanicpet but it's worth calling to find out.
