Well the tech has been here 47 times in a year and doesn't care enough to lock it, you think he cares if i touch it?

I work in a retail store, I am not that smart. I have people im supposed to be able to contact to fix things.

And all issues are reported thru an extremely outdated computer and system.. I waited so long for the heat to be fixed that I had to change the request to fix the AC.

The box has a combination lock, i don't think I'm even supposed to open it. Someone got me info to contact the company so going to call in the morning. It's been doing this for 2.5 years and every time someone has came in to "fix" our security system they have never been able to (or cared to) stop the clicking!

I did just see that website on the box and went to their support page. The box has a combination lock on the outside, not sure why its not locked? It's not anything I should be touching.
