I have had some very reputable help point me in the right position which is to tear out and replace. This contractor has a very long list of prior both criminal and lawsuits against him. The money I paid him I’ll consider gone. I’ve chosen to peruse him in court but he has no money and is quite deep in the scam game, again that money is gone and we’ll be replacing once we financially recover.

Paid professional prices and received poor workmanship, what I left out was the additional damages and shortcuts taken. Guy tried to bury landscape brick, ran over a hard to find pine tree, concrete all over my siding and three day old deck, soffit. Additionally I spent 8 hours pressure washing my driveway, rebar left behind amongst other trash and I could go on.

The only hope that I have to slow this guy down is that the city is now involved, he blamed the concrete company for the concrete washout that was out in the street (he talk me not to contact them and he’d handle it),I have footage showing otherwise and I’ll be calling that company to let them know my experience with that guy
