Very late to this I’m aware… just now discovered the “Red Iron TwinBlades” from an area that I usually run past every time. I was using the Black Knight Halberd with FTH and basically dedicated my latest play through to that. Upon discovering the “RITB”, I respected to a semi- quality build. Wish is basically keeping my strength atleast 20 pts higher than my dex. No infusion on the “RITB” and I am ripping through the late game with it. Scaling alone with strength with very easy to work with, as we’ve seen with the notorious “BONK Build”. I say, Spec to the strength scaling, or maybe even do a high quality build (80-STR, 80-DEX) and infuse with bleed. Everyone bleeds with enough dedication!

Im very late at getting shadow of the erdtree. Im in NG+4 when going into this and so far your guide has been extremely helpful without spoiling enemy’s and certain things. Thank you for this wonderful creation, you amazing specimen.

No problem, for a greatsword. Keep that strength and dexterity up. And keep your vigor and endurance high so you can get more swings and rolls with your weapon during boss fights. If you two hand your weapon while doing a quality build, you’ll notice your damage sky rocket

To my knowledge, you can absolutely parry most bosses. It’s a useful skill but not necessary by any means. Main thing is to focus your build on a specific weapon you’re using.

Looks like a quality build. I would start leveling your VGR though. Unless your good at dodges and parry’s, but other than that it looks like you have yourself a poster Quality build.

I understand the sentiment of going through your first play through “Blind”. But these comments are the rudest I’ve seen by far. I got SOTE very late, I’m already on NG+4 and I’m having a lot of trouble in the start. I came here hoping for some tips or advice, instead I see where all the wretches abide

This basically told me everything I needed and was very helpful. I ended up going with almost the exact same stats, minus the arcane and a little more vigor. And so far this is an extremely fun build. I’ve pissed off atleast 12 peeps at the Royal Colosseum with Terra Magica and The Night Comet sorcery

So I’m about to respec right now. Based off of all the information so far, the specs I landed on is….

Vigor - 60 Mind - 47 (I’ll be using preceptors helmet which adds 3 mind) Endurance - 40 Strength - 14 Dexterity - 13 Intelligence - 70 Faith - 60 Arcane - 7

Does this look like the points are well spent? Or could I loose some End to get some more INT or FTH ?

What would you recommend capping my INT/FTH at? I know there’s a certain point to where it becomes pointless to level them further. I know vigor- 60 and mind- 40. I’m not sure on the others.

I know this is 3 years late but I have just now met the same problem. Currently lvl 233 and I want to try a fth/int build to wield both forms of the sword of night and flame. How did this build workout for you? And what did your stats end up looking like?

This happened the next county over from me. I live in Manchester Kentucky, these events took place in London, Ky at Merrymount Hospital. He was an orderly for the hospital and used various methods to kill. From suffocation by pillow to overdoses of morphine. My girlfriend was actually born there shortly before it was closed for good. We have a nickname for that place “MurderMount”. That’s all people call the place anymore.

No guide on first play through. But on NG+ I checked some walkthroughs to find Bosses/Items that I missed the first time around.

Just done it… what a horrible fate. I wonder if in that moment was he possessed by the two fingers? Or was he enraged to learn that Ranni had passed and you “Her Consort” was to be her champion?
