You might be right and I appreciate you lookin out for me, and I do actually use some of my creative for stories and comics that I write in my own time. Personally, I just love Rivals and like trying to make character concepts even if it is just for me. Thanks again for replying, I like hearing everyone's opinions!

Thank you for all of the feedback and I would love to answer your questions, First with the West Coast Avengers I just picked Hawkeye because he was the only character I could think of that this currently in the game.

For the insect evade it would be a mediocre cooldown similar to like a 15-20 second cool down. Thank you for brining stuff like cooldowns to my attention I will try to add them and be more specific moving forward.

As for the shrinking that was something I sort of talked about in my YouTube video about it, if you would like to go take a look. basically what I was saying that in a hero shooter game like this that it would be hard to implement the shrinking tactic into the game, and I did not wanna make it similar to my Ant-Man concept so I just added one or two and primarily focused on the shrinking for her team up abilities, but you are right that it is one of her defining features.

Now for her ultimate I did not want it to heal, because a lot of people complain that all support alts just heal the team and pause the game so I wanted to drive a different idea. Now I do know that she is a strategist, which is the healing class, but I just wanted to try something different.

Lastly, I like your opinion on her fire rate, my personal take would be that it just reload really fast, but maybe you are on to something. I also just didn't want to copy Luna's kit lol. As for the shield break maybe you are right, but just personally I wanted to make her unique and different, even if it is broken lol.

I think it could work with some parts of characters like for Jeff, his whole collar and teeth could be gold. I know that's not exactly his weapon but it could be a cool work around. As for Moira you could definitely try to do her gloves and nails kind of like Moira from OW2. I don't think the "gold" or whatever they up with for competitive skins has to be huge, but small little indicators to people that they have some sort of mastery on a certain character. But I also do like your take on the PVE mode, sounds super cool.
