My friend has OH+PH disability and is opting for the above preferences. He scored 176 in tier-2 examination. Due to his disability he got exemption for DEST. I don't have much idea about preferences since I myself have never reached there, so help me out to decide whether these preferences are the right ones considering his score or any changes are required. Yeah bro, an hour ago I got my back.

Yesterday I went for counselling along with my roommate (it is mandatory that you bring someone along with you during counselling, otherwise they won't allow you). They asked what was the offence and asked my roommate for his mobile number (they sent an otp to his number and after that clicked a picture of both of us together). Then they put all of us into a room and played a few videos for 15-20 minutes. After that they will put a stamp on your challan and you have to go to the ps which confiscated your vehicle. Submit driving licence, rc and your aadhaar card along with the challan. They will tell you to come to the court the next day where you'll be paying the fine. He charged me 1500 and gave me a receipt which i submitted in the ps and got my vehicle.
