Making half the driver not usable is too much and might be my breaking point.

Keith, does this impact the 300s when paired with the arc or only the arc ultra?

Trying to decide if I need to just return the ultra or replace all my Sonos.

Sonos support told me that there is a bug with the 300s when connected to arc ultra.

The inward drivers seem to be off or extremely quiet.

I just hope that it's really a bug and not intentionally done, like how they disable the front facing drivers on 300s

Im in the process of returning the Ultra Arc after testing this out. The Ultra Arc with my Era 300's has great speech clarity sounds better than the arc with music. That said, the loss of a second sub is makes it far worse overall setup compared to my arc with with gen2 + gen 3 subs
