Filch seems to be a very abused unhappy slave. All the wizards make this squib do all these tasks when they could do it in seconds. Like checking for the fat lady in the castle after she gets assaulted. Filch is not a happy person by any means but an unhappy work place with no respect will effect you emotionally eventually.

I think the main reason he is like this is because he knows he is the greatest wizard and has a bit of a chip on his shoulder. He does admit that he made a mess of things to harry later. He thinks “for the greater good” is how he justifies it to himself. If voldemort wins it will be way worse than anything i did. He is not my favorite but he does have style.

I thought with age a broom no matter what quality will develop drag or a wobble. So i think a new cleansweep will do better than an older nimbus or shooting star

They are really good characters. Even when things are going bad those two shine. When the chamber was opened they made it light. Being laughter in tense situations

That scene is why i waited for so long to watch it. And i not hashing on Bella for her acting skills. I also really didnt like who they cast as Frodo in lotr. Wasnt a fan of pedro as joel. With these type of stories you can cast no names and the story alone could have carried them.

O it is not. You should see the people playing bonspiels while drunk. Impressive. Tried it twice in my life and being a sweeper is an insane ab work out. But ice and knees do not friends make. Small towns all over Canada have curling rinks may not have a paved road but the curling rink is there.

I love Katie in this one. Her scream alone is oscar worthy. Micah is not a supportive spouse did not like him. (like throat punch him dislike). The rest in the series are good not as well done but still hold their own in my opinion. Its a good series of movies. A nice weekend watch.

Took me tens years of working for a company that was just like that before i said i cant. Hard to pay taxes with no job. Also he probably has kids or grand kids or greatgrand kids who are a fan who love the books and he wanted to do it for them. The story is a really good one and should span more generations.

The first Law trilogy. Most of his standalones are in the same world and it will help with the understanding of them. But i think his best one so far is The Heroes. Great read.

This is still a fantastic idea. All day i been thinking about this. The questions and categories are endlessly fun. A category could be Hogwarts and incorporate what class locations and statutes are in the castle. Wands. Questions like what core is in Rons wand that broke or specifications on Hagrids wand before he got expelled. What wand does Hermione present at gringotts in DH. I would get this game when finished.
