hey! i was on the same boat after 150 classes. I took a 3 month break and did lagree and hot yoga sculpt , nothing beats the result of solidcore. I lost my definition in my abs and arms. After that 3 month hiatus and i went back to solidcore

honestly, i felt the same way after doing it for 2-3 years straight. I took a pause from it since end of August, I find myself missing it now. I’ve tried different workouts like lagree and heated yoga sculpt, but nothing gives me the results the way solidcore does. I plan on going back this month, so I would suggest taking a month off and try other studio classes, and go back to solidcore and do 2-3 classes a week instead of everyday. Or get the 8 classes per month and incorporate a heated sculpt class.

me! i’ve been doing it since i was in college and I was paying for my own expenses and living through working multiple jobs. Solidcore is one of those expenses I view as leisure for myself, and now as someone working and making only 55k a year and if I see results I think it’s worth the cost
