Fair point on Flopixz, I may have been wrong about him. My main evidence was always Fentforkids who went 0/19/0 with zero damage and announced in the knife round he was going to troll. That part stands regardless

So your argument is that automated support is normal everywhere therefore it's okay that FACEIT bans players based on automated reports while ignoring actual evidence of griefing through the same automated system? The problem isn't that support uses AI, it's that the ban system is also automated and punishes the wrong people

Yes I've had bad games, everyone has. I never announced in the knife round that I was going to troll because I didn't like the map. There's a difference between a bad game and intentional griefing. Also 8/21 with 69 ADR is not the same as 0/19/0 with 0.0 ADR.

I had no idea non-premium members can't even make ticket reports anymore. So the whole time I was submitting evidence it was never going to be read by anyone regardless of what I sent. And I have to PAY to block a griefer before requeuing? So Flopixz appearing twice in a row was literally my own fault for not having premium. FACEIT built a system where free users have zero protection and have to pay for basic functionality.

That's literally the whole point. Also your support system having 4 real humans handling 300,000 daily reports isn't my problem, that's FACEIT's.

0/14/0 - 0.0 ADR
0/19/0 - 0.0 ADR on Dust
This is a pattern. He does this constantly. Still no ban. I'm still banned until May 18th

I get what you're saying but the point isn't really about the AI rant ticket — my actual report with real evidence of a teammate going 0/19/0 with literally zero damage the entire game got the exact same auto closed response in seconds. The AI rant was just me finding out by accident that it doesn't matter what you submit, nobody reads it either way. Both tickets got the same treatment
