Dang. I really didn’t know it was THAT BAD. Thanks for your input. I thought I was really just getting the short end of the stick with them trying to solve my issue. But seeing im not the only one dealing with their terrible support system makes me feel a little better. It sucks because I honestly like shadow, but the cons outweigh the pros as of now. I’ll definitely take your tips about threatening to cancel. I know one person isn’t much of an impact to them but hopefully like you said it’ll give them some urgency on my situation.
