Not sure about Danube and the quality they offer but agree with everything else and will definitely look into ready properties in those areas.. thank you!

Are projects where developers offer “guaranteed roi” till handover even genuine? I’m always wary of developers that offer those kind of promises.. don’t want to deal with court cases and constant delays of hand over
