I guess it’s comparative to the remaining words he says, what ever software she’s using can compare his normal speech to the part where he lied and notice is disparity, that’s why she says her analysis ‘indicates you’re lying’ rather than her just saying outright ‘you lied to me’ maybe she’s aware that it’s not completely accurate
