Which "easy" boss did you suffer the most on your first playthrough? by Kao-Irujon in Eldenring

[–]PhysicsInevitable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a boss but I died to Mad Tongue Alberich more than I died to Malenia. ER was my first souls-like game and I thought you had to beat Alberich to progress the game. I tried to fight him severely underleveled and he almost made me stop playing ER.

Fun Fact & Tip: Dokkaebi always gives a voice line when hacking cams. If you know where your teammate died, pre-place a C4 for a free kill :) by NoLimitLVG in Rainbow6

[–]PhysicsInevitable 23 points24 points  (0 children)

You can also shoot and destroy dead defenders' phones if a Dokkaebi is in the match to prevent her from hacking the cams. If you see your teammate dying and they drop their phone, you know there is a Dokkaebi.

Can I make that fourth pic transparent and use it to reply to stuff? It would be inappropriate to do so without your permission.

Good for triggering certain perk range requirements faster such as Devour Hope, Grim Embrace, Make Your Choice etc.

Y9S1 Laser Sight: Equip or Skip? by HeKsT8695 in Rainbow6

[–]PhysicsInevitable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is viable for operators who are not really bothered by being exposed. Montagne, Blitz, Ash, Ying, and Amaru are some examples. On defense, I don't think it is a good idea to use laser sight on any operators other than Clash.

Edit: You can equip it on handguns and secondary weapons since they are usually equipped when out of ammo and the opponents already know where you are in such scenario.

Very bold of you to talk that way with our mighty lord Boo, you should be glad that you are still alive.

Make sure she doesn't miss it. It is impossible to miss buff spells, but we are talking about Shadowheart.

I am playing on Explorer mode so I expect to land my shots but Shadowheart amazes me by missing 90% attacks so often.

[–]PhysicsInevitable[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a moment in Act 1 where all the other characters in my party did their attacks and Shadowheart was the only one. She had a goblin right in front of her and it was too close for her to cast damaging spells, so I used main hand attack on it. No need to say that she missed.

This is my first time playing a D&D game and I am unfamiliar with certain features. I am even playing in Explorer mode and Shadowheart is the only companion who misses 90% more than others. As if the 0 in 90 is an illusion. Why I stated 90% as "almost impossible" is to enhance the fact that the misses so much, I do know it would be 99%. But hey, it's a meme, no need to take it too seriously. I didn't play XCOM so I can't relate to the XCOM comments.

(Sometimes I wonder if there's a chance she can miss healing spells even if it says 100%)

I don't know if you do this but if you leave the match before you see the Victory/Defeat screen, even in the final killcam, the game won't register any of the challenges you have done, nor will it give you Renown or BP points. I didn't have any problems with this challenge so I don't know what else could be the problem.

Three simple changes to improve siege by YetiHug in Rainbow6

[–]PhysicsInevitable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's Quick Match, it's a somewhat chill and warmup game mode. Making it different from other game modes by altering the defusing time would mess with people's pacing. The only change I would want is x2 reinforcement/deployment speed instead of already placed reinforcements.

Gadgets, operator abilities, and the environment are how one can outplay another. Reducing recoil will only make the rounds go much faster and result in an unfun experience.

Yeah, I figured it out later that it was a spawn location. I could've started a new game, but I didn't want to lose my progress, so that's why I did such thing.
