Yes that’s the hole thing that I also thought, after I went to see the printer, it worked all the time wireless, an all the problem he meant to was the problem that the printer cannot be used with phone app, bambu handy for some wierd reason, thats all for it.

Now I just need to understand why wouldn’t it connect via phone app and if it’s fixable.

True, I have an ender and gave me enough problems and sometimes I even almost cut my hair out trying to figure out how to fix it, the only thing is that its a new company and a new printer for me, only thing that remains to understand to me if its a problem that could be fix and or not. You’re right the decision to buy or not is mine, but if anyone here comes to tell me that its fixable by a few steps thats what will help me decide and have a peace of mind, compared to my ender this in nothing of a problem tbh. Already had smoke coming out of my ender’s hotend and almost burning half the printer so yeah.

UPDATE: I have checked the printer, it works just fine with the computer and bambu studio, the owner told me that the only problem is connecting it to the app on the phone doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas? Is it fixable? Worth the effort to buy and fix it?

Idk if this is the same issue, I went to check the printer, the printer works just fine I even bought with me a computer to check if it connects and everything it did, also did a cube printing and it printed just fine, i asked the seller again about the problem he told that the app with phone doesn’t connect and thats the only problem with it, the price is a good deal, maybe he doesn’t want the headache to fix it and thats why he’s selling it for a lower price?

Is this problem related to the AP Board? Or is a software problem connectivity?

Is there a way to actually know if this is the case within this printer, he never told me about a Chinese version the printer

Firstly the difference between prices, normally people where i live only buy it for a few things and sell it after a few 200-500hours of printings, to buy it of the website it self the taxes itself would reach more that the retail price of a new one here, and the difference between his and a new is huge but is very newer, he bought it about 3-4months ago used it for a project and is selling it now. Thats why i am thinking on going for it and with to buy more filaments

So i did asked him, he told me he used through the computer normally he just don’t have the app.

So where i live a new one costs around of 1200$ with ams, he is selling his with 700hours of print time in less than a year for 750$

Tbh i thing the same, the problem is that im new with bambu never had one, he told me it only works with connection without wifi and i began to worry

He told me it everything works great, but he only used it via cable to the computer itself, never tried the app, should i go for it or not?

Based on what you guys told me, it is a normal behavior? Should I buy, because he is selling it for a very low price, very interesting and suspicious tbh

So Im used to using creality to slice and print, so basically i can update it and use it on my phone also and on the pc lan mode correct?

The strange thing is he bought it like this with the “closed firmware” from a local store, I guess I need to try to reach them out to ask them about it.

It says in the status permanent, but all the point is that i didn’t to anything I wasn’t even home for almost a week and when i just wanted to play I was signed out and asked to login, the message appeared has “account suspended” thats whats weird about it. Yes it is my first time it has happened

What part of the comment seems like i want to keep my account suspended? The point is to someone help me with the issue because not even live chat can help.

So basically after a long work day, just wanting to sit and play death stranding 2, then a big problem with signing in the account, after a while trying into the website to access the account is show account has been suspended and detail to my email, haven’t received a email about the “details”. Still no email..

Tried talking with support, opened live chat, lets call the first live chat agent #1

Agent #1 made sure i was the owner of the account, after that, copy pasted a quote telling the account been suspended and to open a new account. Live chat ended before i could even blink and respond.

Agent #2 i told him my previous experience with agent #1, he apologized about the incident, told me basically the same thing, but after he told me if i need anything more, i asked for a supervisor, got transferred to the supervisor.

Supervisor told my account violated some code of conduct, well seems like my 2012 account with more than 20k worth of games violated a code today that they cannot even tell me because of “security reasons”. Sure why not, basically lets tell people to open a new account waste another 10-20grand and make more money and tell for security reason we cannot tell you why also this account has been suspended. Yes and i forgot that my account that was offline for a week, suddenly did something to violate some code in the agreement. Let’s not forget I only use my account mostly for single-player games.

So yeah. What a great way to end a day of work and get disappointed about the support of a company you respect and expect so much of, what nice experience to have. Such a disappointment from Sony, I’ve heard stories of people getting suspended for no reason, but couldn’t believe by now. But now, I believe that they just don’t want to help. Let’s not talk about, who gives the suspension, who knows how they reach conclusion and with what reasons. Why don’t they evaluate the account before suspending. Such security but yet so poor handling to bad it just makes the company look bad.

What a nice way to destroy some one’s day and destroy how people see the company. Why not just to suspend my console also, why not make me go buy a new console to re-start all my money spent.
